The Powell Cove Estate is a residential community that is composed of four condominium phases and a total of 202 units. The location can be viewed on the map tab on the left.
The Powell Cove Estate Home Owners Association, Inc. was formed and filed with the state on 03/20/2008 which serves as the governing body of the estate. In addition to the Home Owners Association, each condominium of the four phases has its own board. The detailed information can be found in the tab of by-laws on the left.
The managing agent is 4 Seasons International Management, Inc. The contact information, house rules, maintenance request forms and instructions can be found in the tabs on the left.

Vision Statement
The residents of Powell Cove Estate envision the community as a desirable place that we are all proud to call home. A community of well-maintained, safe, caring, friendly and respectful neighbors, who cooperate with each other to uphold and grow the value of our properties. We envision we will become the Big Apple’s model community.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Board of the Powell Cove Estate Homeowners Association is to exercise all due diligence to fulfill our fiduciary responsibilities for our homeowners. As a dedicated and voluntary team, we will protect, preserve and enhance the value of property of our community by upholding our Covenants and By-Laws as well as deploying prudent financial management and risk management, to create and maintain a financially healthy and safety-secured neighborhood. We will be closely working with the managing agent, to meet our homeowners’ timely needs for maintenance services. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and transparent approach in representing the interest of all homeowners.
